Who runs this site
Fresh Site is a sole trader business, ABN 91 477 328 282. You can reach us at hello@freshsite.com.au.
What this site is
It describes the service and the price. It isn't an offer you can accept by using it. Work only starts under the client agreement, which you approve by email, and that agreement is what governs the work.
Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is charged while the studio is not registered for GST. If a price on this site changes, the price in the email you approved is the one that applies to you.
Paying and the grace week
Nothing is paid up front. Your site goes live on your domain and you pay nothing for the first 7 days, counted from the start of business on the day after you say yes. Then the invoice is due. If it isn't paid, we take the site down and your domain can point back to your old site.
Small changes in that week are AUD 100 an hour, added to the invoice. We don't think your site will need them, and we'd rather you spent the time on your business and your Google reviews.
Under the client agreement you also have 10 business days to cancel for any reason, which is your right under the Australian Consumer Law.
Hosting and what you own
Your site is hosted and looked after by us. That's part of the package: you don't need an account anywhere or anyone technical on your side. The first year of hosting and care is included. After that it's AUD 25 a month, billed yearly (AUD 300 a year), and we'll email you before it renews. Care plus is optional at AUD 99 a month: hosting, an hour of changes and a monthly search report. Let us know if your phone number or email changes.
Your domain, your content, your photographs and your words are yours, and you can take them anywhere. The code the site is built on stays ours. If you leave, we return your content to you.
Previews
A preview link we send you is for you and your firm. Please don't publish it. It's deleted if you don't go ahead.
Your rights
Nothing on this site or in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
